I note the absence of any attempt to deal with the facts of the SCOTUS refusing to take the case. It could very well be the fluidity of temporary injunctions led to the conclusion that taking the case would have been meddling with the lower court as it adjudicated the case. But hey, who needs reasoned discussion when you can just sling personal attacks, anyone who dares challenge the talking point you were spoon fed lacks comprehension.

the ruling was a win for planned parenthood. they will get money to continue to run clinics. that is a point someone challenged. was it you? if not forgive me. there are more of y'all than the one me.
