At what point will the Left admit the Senate Dems' immaturity?...

Dems send 1,278 additional questions to Kavanaugh, more than all other SCOTUS nominees combined

Quote:
Senate Democrats submitted a record number of written questions to President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, in a move Republicans said was the latest attempt to delay confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

The 1,278 questions are four times more than the number asked of Justice Neil M. Gorsuch, Mr. Trump’s first high court pick, last year. Indeed, it’s more than the combined total for every justice in U.S. history, said Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles E. Grassley.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the ranking Democrat on the committee, asked 241 questions herself — more than the total the Senate as a whole asked of Justice Elena Kagan and Justice Sonia Sotomayor, President Obama’s court picks.

“Submitting this many written questions appears to be just one more effort to gum up the process. It’s unnecessary and dilatory, especially when many have already decided to vote against Judge Kavanaugh. What more do they need to know to vote ‘no’?” Mr. Grassley said.

I'm sure the Dems would squeal if it was suggested that they be made public.

Their idiocy, duplicity and pettiness would be exposed for all to see.

Arguably the "rush to confirm" without a proper review of Kavanaugh is to blame. If I recall correctly almost 40,000 pages of Kavanaugh documents were dumped on the committee members the night before his hearings began. There was no possible way to review that much history and formulate questions while the hearing only lasted four days. There's also tens of thousands of other pages of Kavanaugh documents that, at least in some cases, where nefariously withheld to cover up issues related to Kavanaugh's 2004 and 2006 Senate hearings. Kavanaugh's refusal to be forthright in many of the questions related to his past decisions has also muddied the waters and require follow-up questions for clarification.

If the Republicans would just slow down and take the time necessary for a proper review then much of this wouldn't be happening. Remember these questions are so that the American people know the answers to what type of person is being confirmed to the Supreme Court. Answers to these questions may not matter for Republicans in the Senate that don't care what Kavanaugh has to say and would have skipped any hearings completely if possible. They'll vote for Kavanaugh regardless of what might turn up in the hearings. The proven perjury by Kavanaugh in 2004 and 2006 didn't seem to bother them at all.

Based upon the corruption, brutality, inhumanity, immorality, dishonesty, and incompetence of the Trump administration the White House is the dirtiest house in America and there's no known cleanser that with remove the stains of the Trump Administration.

I quit reading right there as there was a rush by Senate Dems to publicly declare to vote against the nominee before he was even named. We then would anyone care what their thought about his qualifications?

How long will it take for the Democrats to review Kavanaugh's responses? They will be finished the day after the next Democrat President is inaugurated.

Wanna guess their conclusion?

If the Senate holds the confirmation vote in the last week of September as McConnell has suggested they will do, that would be at least 77 days from Trump announcing the nomination until the confirmation vote.

How does that stack up to other recent nominees?
Neil Gorsuch - 66 days
Elena Kagan - 87 days
Sonia Sotomayor - 66 days
Samel Alito - 82 days
John Roberts - 23 days
Stephen Breyer - 73 days
Ruth Bader Ginsburg - 42 days
Clarence Thomas - 99 days
Anthony Kennedy - 65 days

Average - 67 days
http://checkyourfact.com/2018/07/03/...court-nominee/

So, if they vote on Monday Sept 24, the last week of September, that would be 77 days which would be longer than all but 2 of the last 9 SCOTUS confirmation processes and 10 more days than the average.

Once again, the left just trots out tired old talking points in hopes of distracting from the truth and to push their own narrative.

The Democrats should have brought in James Comey, he examined 650,000 emails on Wiener's laptop in one night.
