Roe vs Wade was decided in 1973.
IT IS NOT ON THE SCOTUS DOCKET FOR 2018.
Please try to calm down.
I have already stated-I know it hurts you to think it- I don't care about Roe one way or the other, but hope this guy understands the constitution and upholds it rather that uses his own "feelings" to rule on a case.
Roe vs Wade is settled law yes, but as Brett K has said it can be regulated. Which is also fine with me. I have never been a big supporter of it, I only hope the government will one day get out from in between a woman and her doctor.
It is not the woman's decision. It is the doctors decision. It is not the states decision. It is the doctors decision.

Do you mean like the way that Sotomayor said that she would look at things during her confirmation hearing?

I have yet to hear about a doctor asking a women to come to Planned Parenthood so that he could perform an abortion against her will.

just FYI for some amazing incite on a medical doctor's POV.
a gynecologist succinctly addresses when life begins, the "life of the mother" cases, tubal pregnancies, "health of the mother" legal terminology, adoption and more.

the interview begins with his own story as a gynecologist who regularly practiced abortions.

WELL WORTH the viewing.

The title of the thread is essentially correct. Roe v Wade is doomed. But not because of Kavanaugh. Because it is quite simply, and admittedly, BAD LAW.

It is a SCOTUS misstep on the magnitude of Dredd Scott. Hopefully it will not result in another War between the states. But it could.
