There are laws set up for handling sexual harassment on the job, and present day harassment certainly should bring legal charges. But old harassment and even past rape has a statute of limitations. Also and very important is that women for whatever reason are feeling stronger about exposing what in the past may have only hurt them more to reveal back then.

None of that change the fact that no one should be fired, forced to quit or be denied a job over unproven accusations. Should you lose your job if someone said you sexually assault them and offered no proof of the incident?
