![]() I want him blocked. After what they did to Obama's choice I want the left to block this guy. We don't need anymore judges. If they go nuclear so be it. But if the left goes along with meetings that means they have accepted what the right did to Obama and that was unacceptable

![]() Gorsuch is a good pick and I hope he'll be confirmed without an excess of fuss,..... but we know that's not going to happen.

![]() And it shouldn't. If he had any integrity he would say he will step aside until Merrick is considered.

![]() Extremely. It'll be nice to have a judge who follows the law instead of playing partisan politics.

![]() Gorsuch is not terrible and probably should be confirmed, but this is something that will stick in the craw of Democrats for decades and when given the opportunity, the Republicans will be punished for what they did to Merrick Garland.
You SHOULD NOT play politics with the Court. You just shouldn't do it. If the President nominates a candidate that is well qualified and no overt disqualification, you confirm that candidate. You confirm that candidate because none of the Justices are as ideological as the media would have you believe. You have some Justices that are liberal on one issue, conservative on another, and as they continue to grow in the law and the laws change, so does their interpretation. It is part of becoming an unquestioned expert. So no, I'm not mad the Democrats are "caving" because Gorsuch, at least at this juncture, seems to be well qualified without any overt disqualifications. But I firmly believe the Republicans will pay a heavy price for what they have done in politicizing the court.

Continue that line of reasoning, Muffin... I'm judging you. Harshly. ![]() You get the respect you give. And if you're a Republican, you b*tch about paybacks being a b*tch. So sorry you're mad your guy is getting the respect you gave ours, Snowflakes.
