Back off unions, they helped build this country for the common man.

Ancient history. The common man is now more likely to be a shareholder than he is to be in a union.

Like the Dred Scott decision, this decision will not stand! It will be either nullified by amendment or neutered by statute.WHY?...it's not a popular decision, that's why! Rumor has it that the "Tea Party" people don't much like it and they will use it as a talking point this summer. If the D's and the Tea Party people BOTH use this decision as a rally cry..this decision is in peril.

Never underestimate the power of the People Vs the Corporate world...

We've already debated the merits or lack thereof in this forum. My final comment is this...this decision will not stand the test of time...

You remind me of a Cheech and Chong bit:

Cheech: Yes it is, man!
Chong: No it's not, man!

So let's just look at the 1st amendment, shall we?...

This shows that the turds (yes, I said "turds") who are pushing for this have no concept of the document itself...

They're treating the Constitution as something that says "Congress can make no law, unless they change that part so they can do whatever the hell they feel like."...
First, John Conyers is a joke. This man is an embarrassment to most Michiganders, the problem is he represents Detroit and they will vote for the most corrupt person they can find. It is also known that on the Hill he is considered a laughingstock and none of his inquiry's go very far because they usually lack any sense.

Next, anything that congress would pass would most likely end up in a court challenge and that would take years and end up back in front of the SC.

Third, I think this proves once and for all that the democrats don't think to much of the U.S. Constitution!

Where in the Constitution does it say it's supposed to protect an "entity" that exists only on paper?

Where in the Constitution does it say it's supposed to protect and "entity" that makes no "pledge of allegience to the United States of America"?

And where do you get off thinking you're an American by defending crap like that?
