Just my opinion (something to think about.) The caliber of that pistol is .38 super. That is not a very popular caliber in the USA. From what I have read that caliber is popular in Mexico. "Military" calibers such as .45 ACP are not legal in Mexico: Owning a Gun in México & COLT 38 SUPER I think that the .38 super may be legal. Mexico has tight gun laws and a permit would be needed but anything can be forged. With the right paperwork the gun itself might be legal. Armscor makes this pistol for Rock Island Armory. It is a Philipino company. Could this be a test run perhaps they could smuggle them directly from the Philipines to Mexico? Like I said it's something to think about.

Instead of a lousy Golden Ticket for a tour of a confection plant staffed by illegal immigrants, Charlie finds a semi-automatic 9mm pistol in his candy with which to aid his impoverished family. Fist things first, he robs Veruca Salt.
