Obama is not a dark skinned, anti-war socialist who gives away free health care; you're thinking of Jesus.

One ear sticks out more than the other because when a baby is fed if the ear is folded against whoever is feeding him, that can cause the ear to stick out more when older. Me being right-handed I would cradle my daughters in my left arm but always aware that their ears were laid flat.

Medication can alter a persons eyes, as can perhaps thoughts they are having. So the eyes may be dull and half closed, or wide open with fear and anxiety etc.

Weight gain or weight loss can show changes in the fat on the face.

I have heard of some conspiracy theories and I am open-minded, but this is no 'Government Plot' at all in my opinion.
