It's like it pisses them off to have to be responsible.I'm responsible, I have been recycling since 1989

You cheer when they give public land to mining and fracking companies. You cheer when they cut regulations meant to keep the environment cleaner. Sorry but the right is not making the air and water dirtier, there are 1,000's of left wing regulations that have nothing to do with making the air and water cleaner.

You cheer when Trump says he is going to bring back coal. When we get something better we can get rid of coal

I know you love public lands and use them often. Don't you hate seeing those "No Trespassing" signs go up? I know I do. We are here to preserve for future generations. The fact is, the left shuts down more areas than the right. They are always trying to make areas inaccessible to offroading and people in general in order to keep anything from being disturbed. 4 wheel drive clubs are constantly fighting to keep places open that liberal close

In fact it started with a Republican named Teddy.
You mean Teddy the trophy hunter? Shouldn't we distrust him since he was a trophy hunter? we should be getting rid of all his statues shouldn't we?

Trump is NOT going to pollute the streams!

No one goes to the Alaskan frontier to enjoy themselves, and they have already proved that they are hurting nothing up there.

Building in national monuments should not be done, and I don't believe it ever will be.

Trump thinks clean coal is coal that has been washed first. What a moron.

As in clean, do you mean wiped with a rag? I thought someone else said that.

Right. If it's naturally occuring we don't.

and that taxing it won't stop it?

Whatever that means.

You may call it 'the dark ages', but any number of people understand that history shows this planet has had measurable temperature fluctuations since the day it was formed.

So, Who is talking about natural events? We are talking about man made changes.

I support doing as much as one can to reduce their foot print ecologically - recycle, reduce waste, recycle nature to nature, for the general health of us all.

Just not taxes right? Do you support our country investing in new technologies? China is and they are kicking our asses and will own the future. You like that?

How about we use science instead of your "Belief"? At the start of this post you said you don't believe. This isn't a faith based idea and you are not a scientist except on the internet all you right wingers are inst-scientists. [/quote]

Apparently the quote function is misbehaving again, so I just copied your whole post.

Since the big thing is certain groups want to tax companies (effectively taxing the consumer) to 'fund research' (read: prove that climate change is manmade) into climate change, and the main proponent is Al "I don't walk the walk' Gore, in addition to the proof of history regarding earth's climate cycles, I am disinclined to support a tax.

While certain scientific groups claim that man has had an impact on CC, there are others who say IF there has been an impact, it is negligible.

I have no idea where you got a 'faith based' idea from my post. I read and listen from those who do know what they are talking about in regards to climate change. And that does not include politicians, especially those who would profit from the taxation, which would be all of them.

I support alternative energy from non-fossil fuels as a supplement to existing energy sources. I believe it would be nigh on impossible to completely eliminate fossil fuels with the amount this planet currently consumes.

I'm not, nor have ever claimed to be an 'insta-scientist'. Your hyperbole has grey hair.

I wonder if any believers have ever sent extra money to the government to help study climate change? NEVER HAPPENS!! It sounds like they are waiting for the right wingers to do the work for them.

Fact is, the left does nothing to cut fossil fuel emissions. They drive as much as the rest of us, and they use petroleum based products as much as the rest of us. But they all think they are righteous for "believing" that mankind is responsible for the day to day weather. And somehow Republicans are the ones responsible for bad weather cause they are "Deniers"

P.S. We have a beautiful extended forecast for southern Nevada, who should I thank for that? Is it because of GW? or in spite of it? Oh wait I forgot, people only make bad weather, the good weather is supposed to be the norm.

The EPA way overstepped its authority.

Proposed EPA regulations may overstep boundaries, hurt poor families

When protesters stop showing up in PLASTIC kayaks or using PLASTIC computers and phones to name a few, perhaps I'll take them a little more seriously.
