Default Still need Solar eclipse glasses try U'r local library

Topeka Public Library has 2,000 to be given away tomorrow from 0900 Hrs., till they are gone, which should be before noon. A link below gives locations to other Libraries that are doing the same thing.

The first site also locates 1 hour special made solar glasses, costly.. So look first for free solar glasses at the last site. Just scroll down some.

all this talk about radiation burn and my spouse already had some from cancer treatment, has me worried. i cud make a paper/cereal box viewer but im actually not that crazy about a direct look-see.

They have them everywhere around here.
Even Walmart, Walgreen's and the Dollar Stores.
2 bucks to gawk at the sun being covered for a couple of hours.
News guy last night said roosters and chickens will go to bed midday and wake up confused.

I live where totality will be 97%. Many folk traveling the short distance to see 100% totality. News says you can't find the glasses around here.
I shoulda taken the day off to gather eggs whilst the hens were sleeping and people were gawking.

no every day till some busy body who didnt even live close reported them. was a new portion of a subdivision, country woods but the first house for 20 years.no to wake early for school is good. otherwise i wanted rooster stew.
