The Supreme Court has RECENTLY put forth a ruling that has CHANGED the legal history. It is a MARKED DEPARTURE from their previous rulings on the 2nd amendment.
The SCOTUS's PREVIOUS rulings did NOT support the ideal of the 2nd amendment being an "individual right.

Furthermore, your claim is RIDICULOUSLY FALSE.
There are numerous amendments that have NOTHING to do with the "rights of the people" being individual rights.
The tenth amendment is about STATES' rights.


Their interpretation has been CONSISTENT with ALL SCOTUS's previous rulings, with this last 2nd amendment ruling being the only exclusion.
You obviously don't know your judicial history on the 2nd amendment!

Some people REWROTE what he actually said to try to include the ACLU in his approach. Considering WHERE the quote ACTUALLY COMES FROM, your claim of "we" makes no sense.

So by that example, I can look at Martin Luther's (Lutheran Church's) old statements and conclude things about the Lutheran church's position on minorities and women?
