Every one of the above mentioned persons is a leading and powerful Democrat.
Every one of the above mentioned persons has claimed that systemic racism exists and needs to be addressed.
Combined, they have 258 years of experience being part of that system for a country that is 244 years old.
For 12 years all of the above mentioned persons held federal political office at the same time including 8 years as President and Vice President and for 2 of those years both houses of Congress were controlled by Democrats.
Why have these people not already fixed a problem they say exists? If it's systemic, that means it's been around for years and every one of them has 20 or more years being part of the system.
It makes me think that they are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

you're right, they are part of the problem.
So are the status-quo or make-it-worse Republicans that have had just as long tenures in office.
In general it's an issue that overall has gotten better in many ways over the past 50 years but worse in some specific ways that have made the system more of a trap for poorer people and minority poor in particular.
