Civil asset forfeiture should have never been allowed and needs to go away. It's a blatant violation of the fourth and probably a couple of other amendments.

Another accepted procedure is the fact that carrying a large amount of cash is an indication that you are up to no good and is grounds for seizure. Not that any grounds are needed.

It's only a matter of time that some LEO decides that the possession of firearms is ample evidence that something bad is about to happen and weapons get seized.

LEO do your job. If you believe a crime has been committed, then investigate the crime.

All this LEO assuming of future bad things is about to get corked. Those con artists will learn about the Constitution if the lessons have to be booted up their asses. The same goes for the baboons in black robes, and prosecutors anxious to push political buttons for themselves. Hold your breath, people, while it gets done by magic.

Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.
