Irrelevant ... a baby dying in the womb is called a miscarriage--that is a valid procedure. An abortion is KILLING the baby in the womb.

In Texas before roe v wade a doctor could NOT perform that procedure on a woman. why so many mistaken;y backed rvw.

politics made this one extreme or the other extreme excluding real protection of health

Its the mother's choice whether it is buried, cremated, or used for scientific research/stem cell harvestation.

Saltwn, are you saying before Roe a doctor could not perform a D&C of a MISCARRIAGE? I find that hard to believe. If that's what you mean, please prove that.
