A local veteran denied the right to be buried with her same-sex spouse is celebrating a victory -- another effect of Idaho's same-sex marriage ban being struck down. Madelyn "Lee" Taylor told On Your Side the state's veteran cemetery has given the go- ahead for her to be buried with her wife -- Jean. Taylor has been fighting to be buried with Jean for months. The cemetery had denied her request because the state did not recognize same-sex marriages. Taylor says she will be going to the cemetery next week to fill out the paperwork...
