Sending them to a doctor the school chooses sounds extreme, but with the rest of it I can't disagree. They are evidently trying to hold up some standard here and pregnant girls is a distraction at best. They should also make every effort to look for the impregnating boys.

Yes. A first year law student could have caught this.

I would expect a retraction of the rule and a formal apology before the weeks end. ALso a letter from the state with threats of withholding funds should show up too.
