Also, I don't really care if someone starts an all straight or all white league. Just don't expect to use public lands to promote your private little club. Exactly as I stated for the homos that want an all homo league of their own.
Hell, I don't care either. I seem to remember girls suing about being able to play on the football team and student prayer groups being banned in schools. I understand the public versus private issue, but the over all issue is discrimination, and that is happening in my situation. I just think that it all needs to be equal.

What law would it violate?

There are laws that prevent GOVERNMENTAL discrimination, but private group discrimination is entirely legal.
I didn't think that through before typing...

Reference the Boy Scouts of America and their exclusion of gays as an example...
It's not illegal.
Well, the whole notion of a business versus a private organization can be skewed to fit the groups agenda, and the Boy Scouts are doing just that. I think that they should have lost their cases since it is quite clear that they are a business...

To toss my opinion in the ring.
I am glad the BSA won their case. I back the principles SCOTUS used in that case to arrive at that conclusion.

Any definitions of "business" would have to be examined closely before applying.
As a cautionary example, would a church be declared as a "business" by those standards?
Scholarship organizations? Would they classify as a business or not?

The Church is certainly a business as are some scholarship organizations...
