To toss my opinion in the ring.
I am glad the BSA won their case. I back the principles SCOTUS used in that case to arrive at that conclusion.
Any definitions of "business" would have to be examined closely before applying.
As a cautionary example, would a church be declared as a "business" by those standards?
Scholarship organizations? Would they classify as a business or not?
