You know whenever you hear a story that starts out with a Priest, a Minister and a Rabbi going for a hike, that the story is going to end with a punch line.

Well, by now you all should know that whenever you hear Ann Coulter say something you think sounds outrageous the story is going to end with her having the last laugh.

Quote:
“That is what Christians consider themselves: they are perfected Jews,” Coulter said. “What Christians believe -- this is just a statement of what the New Testament is.” She’s referring to Matthew 5:17. In Romans, Paul says that although the natural branches were Jewish, the Gentiles have been grafted onto the Israelite tree (11:17-24).

My Christian friends tell me that their church sermons talk often about Romans 1:16, encouraging believers to share Jesus with the Jewish people. Does that make them anti-Semites? Hardly.

The ADL was “outraged” and labeled what she said as “anti-Semitic.” But the term anti-Semitic should never be thrown around when it is not deserved. The ADL should know better.

An anti-Semite is someone who harbours hostility toward Jews, and if offered a chance, would hurt the Jewish people. It is equally important to ask how one behaves towards the Jewish people, and how one speaks about them.

In the last chapter of her book Treason, Coulter spends some 15 pages citing examples of real anti-Semitism, clearly demonstrating her abhorrence of those who bear ill will toward the Jewish people..."

[...]

Coulter and other Christians who know their Bible are not to be feared and pose no threat to the Jews. The real anti-Semites should be feared and fought.

Just as sure as it the Jewish imperative to be a “light unto the nations,” the Christian imperative is to spread the “Good Word.”

God bless Ann Coulter. And this is coming from a religious Jew.

She's provocative enough to make you think. And still you resist learning the lessons!

Well, maybe you can't handle anything more serious than jokes.

Enjoy.

One day, a minister, a priest and a rabbi went for a hike. It was very hot.

They were sweating and exhausted when they came upon a small lake. Since it was fairly secluded, they took off all their clothes and jumped in the water. Feeling refreshed, the trio decided to pick a few berries while enjoying their "freedom." As they were crossing an open area, who should come along but a group of ladies from town. Unable to get to their clothes in time, the minister and the priest covered their privates and the rabbi covered his face while they ran for cover.

After the ladies had left and the men got their clothes back on, the minister and the priest asked the rabbi why he covered his face rather than his privates. The rabbi replied, "I don't know about you, but in MY congregation, it's my face they would recognize.
