Kind of amazing how quickly Maoist Democrats devolve into race baiting. If you don't agree with the dissolution of civil order well, you are part of the "systemic" racism in this country.

Who needs a criminal justice system with foundational principles like the presumption of innocence when the mob can dictate based on identity group. Never mind that it is the same sentiment that animated Democrat supported lynch parties to hang black men from trees. Today's nominally more civilized Democrats restrain themselves to supporting violence against the police and shop owners defending their property, looting as a form of wealth redistribution, and destroying businesses, carefully sanitized as a pious attack on the so-called injustice of cash bail.

Biden's campaign staff didn't choose to target a group undermining the bail system in Minnesota by chance. It was a crass political decision to keep the chaos going as long as possible to undermine President Trump. It's literally burning cities nationwide to save the Republic for the senile Bunker Joe.

People arrested for criminal offenses go before a judge to have their bail set. That is not deprived of due process. According to Democrats judges can be trusted to second guess the President on partisan grounds, issue secret surveillance warrants with no checks on the veracity of the material presented in support of the application, and make ad hoc amendments to the Constitution discovering new rights. But, judges even with supervision from higher courts are incapable of fairly and impartially setting bail.
If Democrats were confident their nominee actually received more than 80 million votes they wouldn't have more troops occupying Washington, DC than Lincoln had defending the city during the Civil War. Not Joe Biden, Kim Jung Biden.
