on the first two:

#1. there is a law in place to force a business to manufacture products for a national emergency. put in in the 50s under a republican president. so this part of the op is scary propaganda

#2. Germany sent out over a million tests in January. we could have ordered some or more. instead, our leader chose to wait until stateside companies invented their own test. the "glich" you heard about when the head doc was asked about it. he didn't want to throw trump under the bus.
so now that we are testing we see triple what was reported---SO FAR.
everyone in at risk category should be tested to protect everybody else. they're not; hopefully one of the bills addresses that.
this is so far a propaganda piece put out at the behest of big pharma and our other oligarchical government directors.
