If the party line in question is Constitutional, there should be no problem ruling in favor of legislation that was passed by the Congress. It is when the legislation is in violation of the Constitution that we need the courts to be able to keep their partisan opinions out of their decisions. Unfortunately, that seems to not be the case with some.
