I don't know what's going on specifically with your browser mlurp, but my guess would be possibly built up cookies and other crap may be causing problems.
I use ccleaner to clean up my cookies / browser information from time to time. Be careful as the default settings may clear browser history as well. Clearing cookies will probably automatically log you out of web-sites that you'll have to log into again afterwards.
Click the "Download" under the Free column (unless you want to pay for it)
After that, "Start Download" button.
