There are laws set up for handling sexual harassment on the job, and present day harassment certainly should bring legal charges. But old harassment and even past rape has a statute of limitations. Also and very important is that women for whatever reason are feeling stronger about exposing what in the past may have only hurt them more to reveal back then.
