This case begs the question..
If a woman signs that she is not sure of the paternity, should a guy who can show due cause be able to force her to allow a paternity case? I know if there was a chance that a baby was mine, I would be incensed if I couldn't verify that fact. I know that is a rare situation where a guy might fight for verification of paternity like that, but still...
