Did you ever see the Buffy episode where they killed off her mother?

Holy cow that was incredible! Even if a person is not a fan of the show, and doesn't know anything about the show, I would recommend that episode.
(At least for those who are interested in seeing dramatic reactions to a person's death. Possibly great for a "Six Feet Under" fan.)

I heard it never got any awards because the nomination for the episode wasn't submitted in time.
Most of the Buffy episodes are admittedly akin to supernatural 90210 stuff.

But THAT episode?
Somebody had to be the inspiration for that episode. It was incredible.
