Nah redd, I don't think society at large is nearly that stupid. Pretty much everyone with a social IQ above 60 or so will realize that this is a case of Christian derailure. You might get a retarded rabid lib(eretarian--lol--j/k!
) going off on a rant, but I personally know many many Christians who simply go about living their faith considering that being enough said. They realize that they witness by example and not by being a know it all scripture quoter that any student of ancient aramaic could blow away anyway, anytime, anyhow.
My mother lives in a Christian retirement community and is VERY happy there. I couldn't be happier for her. I wouldn't want her to be anywhere else.
It's all subjective to interpretation. There are many Christians that I admire--my mother among them.
