Giving the father the right to be notified by law makes it so a woman who doesn't want to notify the father has to lie and be uncooperative. She also has to acknowledge if she's slept with either too many men or strangers. Fine. She might get away with that. But lets not make it easy for her to be a biatch by just saying men have no parental rights because they're unenforcible.
