I vaguely remember hearing about that.
I was long gone. LOL I graduated in '71 - went to New York - and never looked back!
When I was in high school, we used to take the Amtrak to Philly on Saturdays and sit around Rittenhouse Square and play acoustic guitar and sing folk songs.
We never worried for a second about being accosted by anybody.
