No I meant murder was a law and i see that as black and white.Meaning I don't see how one can be one way, and the other different. I didn't mean abortion was murder under current law. Just clearing that up.

But I think this murder was killing both mom and child. Some courts may be squeamish because they don't want that issue cropping up because it's a powder keg for right to life and lawyers talking about precedent. Evidently this court had no such qualms.
