See I just don't agree since who decides when the child is viable. I have seen babies born as early as 25 weeks survive but ones born at 32 die. The difference in this case I feel is that this man made the choice to kill that child and the mother had no say in the matter to me that is murder. If a person kills the mother with no regard for the child inside her they should be held accountable.
