Well maybe if you could tie Obama to things that actually made sense, I wouldn't have to guess. Hollande wanted that 75% tax on wealthy folks, which is way far to the left of most liberals in the US, and certainly much further to the left than President Obama. And nobody's having wet fantasies of high unemployment and a dissolved government. Also who wants to be unpopular?
