Tom and Jean lost their former insurance due to an insurer leaving the state because of an inability to comply with Obamacare and the California Health system, and Blue Cross changing their offered coverage due to the need to comply with Obamacare and the California health care rules, and the insurers are to blame?

What happened to "If you like your plan, you can keep your plan"?
