and what international means are you referring to? Certainly the international community has shown their willingness to lay down and appease the terrorists rather than fight them, even when their own countries are threatened. Look at what Spain and Italy did when threatened by terrorists, they cut and ran. Sorry, but the international community that you want to hold stock in is a joke.

Well you are advocating that we give up our primary values and "make hard decisions" to fight this war. That is, in essence, becoming the terrorists.
In addition, the International Criminal Court, has been effective at trying international criminals which is essentially what terrorists are. They have not had the opportunity to try a terror case because of the rampant unilaterialism.
