Democrats are every bit as stuck on partisanship. Probably more so, since the Reps. have people like John McCain driving true bi-partisan efforts and the left has put up the most partisan people they could come up with in the last three Presidential elections and have selected Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Howard Dean as thier leaders - three of the most divisive and partisan people in the Dem. party. The left's going to be all about bi-partisanship - but only as long as "the other side" joins them. Anything short of complete appeasment by the right will only be seen as the right being partisan and not the left.
