I am STUMPED on this...

I see multiple angles...some obvious (AK?!?!)...some not (Thought he was getting robbed on a day that's customary...to average citizens...to knock on doors)...

I think I'd need more info before deciding on manslaughter or any degree of murder (Can't be first - I see no signs of pre-meditation)...

The only thing that's obvious is tragedy...
