I've been taught to fear anyone running at me dressed in a certain way, in a particular place.
I'm not sure I would sit and wonder if that white tatoo covered skin head just wanted to borrow a cup of sugar. A well dressed black man with a look of fear on his face would probably start me running with him, not from him.
