When my niece started college one of the first classes she had to take was a diversity class, in which you were told essentially that white people suck and it was their fault for all the evils in the world. Early on she knew that if she would fight this she would never graduate as she would fail this class. She knew what they wanted and went through the motions and passed. She now has a Masters degree and has been working successfully for years in her chosen profession.

Diversity training like multiculturalism is/are complete failures because it is forced upon people. When you are forced into doing something you begin to resent it. Had it come naturally, and it would have, you would not have a problem.
