I believe a lot of staying young is due to a good diet and exercise. Unprocessed foods, fresh air, no stress etc. We often hear of country folk who live past 100 and put it down to their lifestyle. While we can do our best looks-wise, the brain can't really be kept sharp which is a shame. I suppose exercising the brain as much as possible helps but can't completely though.
Good point. I'm really trying to avoid processed foods. But aging is closely linked to one's genetic predisposition.
