I bet you could yell "**** Islam" and "**** Christ" in the public space in the US and nothing would happen because we are a civilized culture (or at least we like to try to behave as if we were). We're a very different culture from Indonesia and that includes Muslims in America (who, interestingly, oppose violence even more than Christians)
