How does that jibe with "health care yes"...?
Do you consider quarantine to be "health care"?

If we pay for a program then I know where it comes from and how much I pay. I used to assume illegals immunizations protected our children, but we have childhood illnesses cropping up we never heard of in 50 years, so it doesn't look to be protecting us. We need to at least identify these illegals and teach them health standards, but that is a part of the over all immigration problem no body in congress wants to rectify.
We pay more now for emergency room service care to people who could have got their medicine or treatments and continued to work or at least not become a burden on the system for the rest of their life. I am interested in covering Americans poor and under insured and w pre existing illnesses.
When covering immigrants we need a number. To go forward without one is to risk the destruction of the whole system.
