Nader has some good talking points. Low income areas are targeted by pay day loan sharks and other blood sucking businesses. Of course, one could argue that that is where their market is. But those types of interests do cause a revolving door to the ghetto.
And Nader is right in implying Obama is afraid to put off white voters by taking on Black issues. Actually the issues are poverty issues, but many Black neighborhoods still fall into that category.
I would love to have the first African American as President in my lifetime, but this Democratic candidate doesn't seem to have an ear to the ground on the real issues of poverty. I don't listen to many speeches, but the ones I've heard seem too general.
Hhmmm...Ralph Nader. I might take a look a him. I didn't know he was really going to run again. Isn't he getting on in years?
