Oh i think it is to some degree illegal. It's certainly inciting and is at least equal to yelling fire in a crowded venue. But aside from that. WHY? WHY go after this woman. IS IT NOT enough that she holds no office, she is not running for office? She is a private citizen. A wife, a mother and some ignorant cowardly bully is telling other persons who think like him that they should kill her. It would certainly concern ME if i were in her place. Actually, I'm watching democrats talking about violence against those that do not agree with them.
