It has to do with HAVING to work...

Look at the people in America (and the world) that grind it out day to day...Would they RATHER just have checks sent to them every two weeks and NOT HAVE to work?...Absolutely!!!!

But when that's not an option, what do they do?...They work...

But when the government DOES make that an option, a huge swath takes advantage of it...I had an electrician friend of mine who LOVED getting laid off...He'd wire a building and when it was done, NOT take another job for a couple of months and receive unemployment checks...Or, as he called them, "enjoyment checks"...

No motivation because he has the OPTION to not be motivated...If that option was taken away, he'd be bustin' his butt on a daily basis...
