Re: Who Is A True Jew?
As a Daoist who is, thankfully, outside of the Jewish and Christian traditions, I can make a couple of objective points.
1. Quoting a mass of verses from a book that was written by a sect that rebelled from Judaism is not the proper context to judge who is a Jew and who isn't. Sorry if that slams the Christian faith, but there it is.
2. The verses quoted [i]in totem[i] demonstrate to those of us "outside the camp" just how truly convoluted and imprecise the Bible is.
Is it any wonder there have been so many sects, denominations, and divisions of every type within Christianity?
