I am looking for the parallel.
In one case we have a representative whom several posters think is either a bit thick or a racist
In the other we have a reporter who self identifies as a Democrat and some posters extrapolate this to mean that all of mainstream media's reporters are Democrats.
Nope, no analogous relationship there that I see.
