If you can find a hospital to take payments on something like 160 thousand dollars (the price of a house) and you don't mind making them for the next 15 to 30 years as I said bully, but others cannot be reasonably expected to come up with that so the rest of us including you and your sister will offset some of that cost in higher health care and in taxes.
I'm just saying it is a given we will pay something I would rather that something be as cost effective as possible.
