I have repeatedly shown what FEMA THEMSELVES say their responsibilities are, including response to the disaster at hand.
REPEATEDLY, it gets ignored for redundant claims that FEMA is not responsible for what FEMA THEMSELVES admit they should do.
While you may not expect that from FEMA, others who DO expect what FEMA has said they are supposed to do will not be out of line for doing so.
