It's a misleading article meant to portray the Obama administration as business friendly...
Look at this example they push...
Alright! An exemption for farmers because of an asinine rule being removed by the Obama Administration!!!
Anyone want to guess who put in the regulation in the first place?...
That's right...The Obama Administration...
EPA to Regulate Milk Spills Just like Oil Spills
Now here's the key part...
That article is from February 5th of THIS YEAR...The article states "
Two weeks ago, the Environmental Protection Agency finalized a rule..."...
Two weeks before February 5th is January 22nd...Now look at this sentence from the OP...
So here' what's happening...
Obama orders "outdated regulations" to be reviewed...
RIGHT AFTER he does this, the EPA ADDS (I'm gonna say it) a completely retarded regulation...
5 months later, they finally get it in their heads the regulation is completely retarded and a review starts to remove it...
Obama Administration spokesperson for this, Cass Sunstein, says it will "save the milk and dairy industries $1.4 billion in clean-up costs over 10 years", but neglects to point out that it was the Obama Administration's plan to force the milk and dairy industries to pay in the first place!...
The article then goes on to explain how this is an example of reviewing "outdated regulations" when the regulation on daily spills is one of the most recent regulations being discussed...They even put it in their title...
And then they want the reader to believe that Obama is "business friendly" because they're reviewing a regulation they themselves put in play...
"
Hey! Obama is deciding to NOT to jam the dairy industry up the ass after Obama put in a regulation that jams the dairy industry up the ass!...Ain't Obama great?!?!?"...
This what passes for journalism these days...
