Hmm, I have some mixed feelings about this.

On the one hand, I agree with the cutting of federal red tape (see the milk example, that's just plain stupid and needs to change). I have to give the Obama administration kudo's for addressing that.

On the other hand, I have some misgivings about the feds removing state created laws. No matter how stupid those laws may be. I thought it was within the states authority to pass laws that the citizens of the state agreed were best for their state.
