Funny how you foolish liberals love to use those two quotes. If you had the slightest bit of depth to your thought process you would realize that you are attempting to condemn Bush senior for DOING exactly what the liberals FORCED him to do(raise taxes) and silly one you must LEARN the definition of the word MISSION and stop disrespecting the LONGEST and most successful deployment of any naval ship from any country EVER in the entire history of the world. The men and women of that aircraft carrier had served a full tour of duty and were headed back to the US when 9/11 happened. They were turned around and fought the ENTIRE Afghan war and then 14 months later the ENTIRE Iraq war and finally were on their way home when the president went out to personally "THANK" them. And oh yes we did WIN the Iraq war as well as the Afghan war. The rest has been a battle against terrorists and terrorism that they declared ON US when Jimmy Carter was president.
